80’s Band A Flock Of Seagulls Talk Reunion

LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND– The pioneering new wave band with international hit singles such as “I Flew ( So Far Away)” and “Trashcan Love Song” are coming out with a new album and there’s also talk of going out on another world tour.

It’s been 23 years since their last album and 34 years since their last hit, and the band says that they would like to pump out as much music as they can while they’re still alive. Lead singer Mike Soar says that most seagulls don’t typically live till the forties and he credits new growth hormones taken from gull cadavers for his current longevity.

A Flock of Seagulls new album Soaring is truly unique–it’s the first time all four original birds reunited on a new album in over twenty years. Seagull Frank Gullsley had retired from the band to pursue his dream of spending his days on the beach finding free food.
