WASHINGTON– President Donald Hump has made history today by signing his twenty-second executive order in less than a week, beating out former President Barack Slobama’s record of twenty-one.
Also making history is the fact that this twenty-second executive order will allow jays in the military.
Up until today, jays have been banned from joining the military due to the fact that jays have a very annoying habit of stealing other birds peanuts. That, coupled with the fact that jays like to squawk arrogantly at the individual that they stole the peanut from, has caused the raucous birds to be disallowed from military enlistment.
President Hump claims that jays will be an asset to the United States military because of their unique flying skills and also for their ability to defecate on their targets with precision.
