WASHINGTON– Former President Barack Slobama demanded South Carolina television stations and a pro-Donald Hump group to stop airing anti-Biden ads that twist his words around to make it sound as though the former vice president bird is against yaks.
Slobama is accusing Republicans and pro-Hump group Defend the President of trying to mislead voters into believing that he said his former Vice President Crow Biden is against yaks, who represent a large majority of the Democrat’s base.
The controversial ad flashes headlines of Biden’s apparent lack of concern for the yaks of the Untied States, which the former president says is absurd, untrue, false, incorrect, wrong, and above all fallacious.
“Crow Biden promised to help the yak community. It was a lie. Here’s President Slobama,” the ad begins, then continues to play an audio of Slobama saying very slowly about how terrible an old crow like Crow Biden would be for the yak community.
Fact-checking site Politifact stated that the audio was from Slobama’s 1995 memoir Dreams From A Turtle, which was an audio book about the former president’s time spent in a pond in Hawaii.
A spokes-animal for Biden told USA TODAY that this was a typical underhanded Republican tactic meant to appear as though Crow Biden would promise the yak community everything before election, but then do nothing once in office.
“This is despicable,” said the spokes-animal. “This goes to prove that President Hump is afraid that Crow Biden will defeat him in November. Biden may be old, but he’s still got a lot of flight left in him. Just yesterday he flapped his wings for almost ten seconds.”
