PORTLAND, OREGON– A Portland cat was arrested Friday for indecency after exposing himself in front of mice in a park, authorities stated.
Police responded to the Rodent Forest Park in Portland to a report of an orange tabby cat wearing a long trench coat flashing numerous mice after receiving complaints.
Police arrested Leo Whiskers Jr., and charged the licentious feline with public indecency and for using his tail to simulate masturbating.
Surveillance video from the park showed Whiskers walking up to mice and then opening up his trench coat to expose his naked body. He was also seen stroking his long orange and white tail in a sexual manner.
According to the report, the video showed that Whiskers was fully exposed and at one point the frisky feline looked into one of the cameras and winked arrogantly.
Whiskers has a history of public indecency arrests. Last month, the carnal cat was arrested for 4 counts of public indecency at the apartment complex where he resides and also on 2 counts of using his tail to lift up a female mouse’s skirt.

When arrested, police also found 2 ounces of catnip inside of the pocket of Whiskers’ trench coat.
Although there are numerous witnesses and video evidence, Whiskers pleaded not guilty. The cat’s lawyer stated that his client was under the influence of catnip and doesn’t remember any of the events that took place inside of the park.
One of the police officers said that two of the mice victims from the park were underage and that Whiskers had offered them some catnip in an effort to get them high so that he could take advantage of them.
