U.S.– One of the richest animals in the world Elon Muskrat and United States Senator BeeLizabeth Warren have been going back and forth on Twitter in a recent feud after the buzzing politician stated that the SpaceX boss was a freeloader and not paying his fair share in taxes.
Senator BeeLizabeth Warren started the social media fight by throwing shade at Tesla CEO Elon Muskrat by saying he should be investigated into why wealthy animals like him only paid a small portion in taxes relative to how much money he makes.
“Elon Muskrat didn’t pay any federal income taxes in 2018,” wrote Warren in a series of tweets, citing a recent report. “Let’s change the rigged tax code so The Animal of the Year will actually pay taxes and stop freeloading off everyone else.”
Warren’s comments didn’t sit well with Time’s 2021 Animal of the Year Muskrat, so he fired back at the Democratic politician and told her to “stop projecting” in reference to the bee’s controversial past where she lied about being a hornet.
“And if you opened your 5 eyes for 2 seconds, you would realize I will pay more taxes than any American in history this year,” tweeted Muskrat with an attached story of when Warren claimed to have hornet ancestry. Ouch.
In response to Muskrat’s burn, Warren stated that a wealth tax is needed and also doubled down on her claim that Elon is still guilty of tax avoidance.
Parody of Elizabeth Warren and Elon Musk.
