MIAMI, FLORIDA– A plus size hippopotamus from Miami has gained a whole new audience after her drastic weight loss became headline news and she credits all the online haters as her inspiration.
Hippolita Ungulate, 20, recently gave up her job as a cashier to pursue modeling after losing over 900 pounds. The skinny waif now weighs a dangerously low 2,000 pounds and she intends to lose even more.
The family of Hippolita has been pleading with her to stop trying to lose more weight and claims that the former fatty suffers from an eating disorder.
“She’s down to only eating sixty pounds of food a day,” said Hippolita’s worried mother. “I never thought I’d see the day that my beautiful daughter would destroy her body like this. I want my fat baby back.”
But according to Hippolita’s Instagram page, she has no intention of slowing down the transformation.
“Lost another hundred pounds,” she recently posted under a photo of her trim belly. “Keep cutting calories. Pretty soon everyone’ll be mistaking me for a giraffe.”
